So some back story my mom purchased multiple gift cards with various amounts to different stores on them from Old Navy for several family members from Old Navy. When we went to use the gift cards they showed a balance of 0. Luckily we had the receipts and brought them and the gift cards to old navy to get it rectified and thought it would be an easy fix. Well not so much, old navy is now saying they can’t do anything although we even have the transaction reports showing the money being taken out of my moms account. What can we do? We have talked to the store manager and customer service and no one wants to take any responsibility.
