I recently emailed American Reserve, concerned because I still haven't received my refund for the cancelled Red Wing boots order. Discovering I am not the only one I decided to relay their response.
Thank you so much for your message and for your patience. I anticipated being able to process your refund weeks ago.
I received confirmation this week that Red Wing will be returning the funds for the order we placed 11/20 and we had hoped to receive it by the end of the week. We did not. I reached out again today to offer to pay for expedited shipping or any other assistance I could offer to move the process along. It appears that they are big company that can take time to get things done.
This is situation is not your fault. It's ours 100%.
Ee will not let anyone down in terms of returning the money spent on these Red Wing orders.
As I'd mentioned, we emptied our cash reserves in returning funds for the cancellations in the order in which they were made.
Once the check clears, we will be processing all outstanding cancellations, including yours.
Barring any further issues that delay our receiving the funds, I am hoping to process all cancellations as soon as Thursday, December 27th.
