So, I'm trying to mount my computer monitor to a wall. I'm using the magnet method of which I've had previous success with in this same house but, even though the magnets seem to find screws in a straight vertical line, when I drill I don't hit a stud. The only thing I can think that is different about this particular wall compared to the other I previously found a stud in is that this wall I'm currently trying to mount my monitor on has the office room on one side and the bathroom on the other side.
