Is it realistic to expect a return of an average of 10 percent annually or 8 percent after inflation long term . Disclaimer 55 percent VOO 25 percent QQQ and 20 percent foreign equity . The s and p 500 has averaged I believe 10 perecrnt annually over the past 100 years so it seems possible . I know past returns do not predict the future but 100 years is a good sample size .
