This'll be a bit long maneuvering but bear with me if you really want this deal! *Doesn't only apply to ultraboosts (like NMD's)

Part 1: Currently as of 12/9/2018.
First, Groupon has a sale right now $35 for $50 worth of gift cards (given as one $35, and one $15) + (6% ebates off the $35). You need a minimum of two groupon accounts (because each groupon is max 1 adidas groupon purchase per account). Each Adidas groupon gives you 2 gift cards = one $35 and one $15 ($50 value for the price of $35).
Max allowable gift cards per adidas order is 5.

Second, when you check out one pair of adidas. Retail $180, use promo code ADIFAM (on qualifying shoes) and it'll bring the price down to $126 (+tax). If you bought two adidas groupons ($70 for $100 worth of adidas gift cards), you can apply all 4 to your order bringing down the cart-cost to $26 (+tax). But remember you paid $70 for the groupon so the actual total is $96. Also, keep in mind of the 6% you got back on (each) $35 order at groupon = $2.10 savings. Actual cost of the FIRST pair is $93.90 (+tax). (I ended up paying $105.77 for one pair - ebates).
Part 2:
Now, if you buy two pairs, you'll have to actually order them separately. You'll also need 5 Groupon accounts to buy the adidas $35 for $50 five times.
Order 1: $180 - 30% from ADIFAM = $126, use adidas groupon like so, $35, $15, $35, $15, $35. Total paid for item one in cart is: $126 (+tax) - $105. (For me the total was $5.77). Total amount paid was $5.77 + $105 for the 3x $35 ($50 groupon).
Order 2: $180 - 30% from ADIFAM = $126, use adidas groupon again like so, $15, $35, $15, $35, $15. Total paid for item in cart is $126 (+tax) - $115. For me the total would be $20.77. Total amount paid for was $20.77 + $70 for the 2x $35 ($50 groupon).
Total amount paid overall is $201.54 for two pairs of ultraboosts (now factor in 6% ebates of $2.10 for each $35 order) = $10.50. Total paid for two pairs is $201.54 - $10.50 = $191.04 (divide by two) = $95.52 per pair.
**Disclaimer I only bought 1 pair but it's still worth it getting only one pair.
TL;DR - If you only get one pair it's $96 (+tax), the second pair is $81 (+tax). Averaging for me to be about $96 per pair (after tax). Feel free to check my math!
