Hey guys, I started my first full-time, office job this year and it's been going well. My year-end review went well and I was given 14% of my annual pay as a bonus. I'm not sure if that amount is standard and to be expected but I've never gotten that much money before so I was so excited.
Today, I checked my bank and I saw only 50% of that amount made it. I went to check the pay stub on the website and it does break down the amount it was taken from my pay. But I'm in shock and really having a hard time believing that this was all I made from this amount of money.
Guys, is this normal? I would've been fine with getting even 70% of the amount but this is ridiculous.
