So due to some family issues I have ended up with a fantastic deal on a car. It is a Subaru that has 40k miles, and only needs new breaks. They are trying to get rid of the car and offering it to me for only $400. It is a nice car and I know it was well kept. The only problem is I just brought a brand new car one year ago and am still making payments on it. Is it a good idea to buy a second car or will it cost me too much in maintenance and insurance?
