I’m a 27/f been living at home with parents since I graduated with my bachelors in 2016. I’m a registered nurse.
Ok so I commute about 35-40mins (18miles one way)to the medIcal center for work 3-4 days a week. (I could transfer to a hospital closer to home but I would make less money)
I want to move closer to the city to shorten my commute and stop putting so much mileage on my car.
Do you think I should I stay living at home and keep saving and just deal with the commute and having to wake up early?
My two main issues are: getting less sleep so that I can be on the road and putting mileage on my car.
Part of me feels like the mileage part isn’t that big of a deal bc cars are meant to be driven and I can always buy another one. Also, living at home means I’m saving so much by not paying rent. BUT at the same time I would love to have my own place 🤔😩
