I have been on the phone with 3 higher-ups in the bank (TD) who all told me the same thing. No-matter what amount of documentation I can provide them, I have to show up in-branch and there are no branches in the midwest. They won't let me close the account and get my funds back nor allow my mom to go in-branch for me. I am not able to go home for a while due to my job and a flight home will cost more than $300 anytime this month plus missed work. Tuition is due in a month.
What do you guys think I should do?
