I dont need a bed in the 2nd bedroom necessarily, but I want to at least have a bed, couch, desk, TV stand, dining room table and some chairs.
Basically I am about to get separated and I have to move out of mine and my wifes house. I found some nice 2 bedroom houses in my price range right next to work, but I won't be taking any of the furniture we have. We could work things out, but it's not leaning in that direction currently. Our kids will be living with her 90% of the time and they deserve to have a nice, furnished home.
The options I have thought of are renting furniture, but it seems like a sunk cost, and I don't really trust good will couches. I know I can get a good memory foam mattress from amazon for pretty cheap delivered to my home, so maybe an IKEA bed frame?
