I had been using it for the usual stuff - toasts, bagels, reheat pizzas, etc.
But for the past 2 months I've started baking and rather than crank up the big oven, I've been using my handy dandy toaster oven. Here are a few things I've baked in it - bread, pizza, roasted brussel sprouts with garlic, crunchy roasted chickpeas, cookies, biscuits, etc.

Its take some trial and error to get the heat setting right and once you get it right, the results are amazing. At least now I have an option to use my small toaster if I'm not baking a huge amount.
