Apologies if this is not the correct place to ask this question. Does anyone know the last day you can perform a 60-day rollover your HSA to another provider and have it count towards 2018? I changed my health insurance but haven't recieved instructions on the account setup yet. If possible I'd like to roll these over before it goes against my 2019 rollover.
