I've been planning a budget backpacking trip for a while. I was super flexible with my times and I'm going in the shoulder season this Spring. Just picked up a round trip direct flight out of the midwest which I didnt know was possible for $525.13. The Eurail train passes are also on sale until December 31st. Knocking a couple hundred euros off the price there as well.
