Just thought I'd drop a quick tip in here. I work out fairly intensely 3x a week (I also outside of this do HEMA practice), and often my workouts do not occur on the same days as the previous week as I adjust around my work schedule which changes week to week. I might work Monday Tuesday this week, and Thursday Friday the next.

If you've bought a fitness blender plan, you know they sort of auto-populate the plan into the calendar depending on the day you select to start... and you can go through each and every one and reschedule them.

I found it can be easier, however, to go through the entire calendar and copy+paste each workout video into a google doc. I label them day 1, day 2, etc. It can make it much easier to go back and re-visit the workouts and split the workouts into something that might work for your schedule better. I create a doc and rinse-repeat it 3x in a row which lasts me for 24 weeks worth as I create 8-week segments at a time. I get all my stretching, yoga, and little miscellaneous videos in as well compiled into a single day. I'll tweak it as I need to too for the next round to make things flow a bit better.

All I need to do in my planner is then to write "Day 1 workouts" and I know where they all are.

This also helps me because I pick other videos on top of FB videos. I do physical therapy and stretching and yoga as well, so I can group all of these videos in the doc and just click open that day's work out.
