We bought a North Face Outer Boroughs Parka (from the official TNF website) just a year older and the zipper on the darn thing already broke.. which is highly disappointing since we’ve been long time North Face customers and never had any issues with them before...
Contemplating on utilizing their lifetime warranty but not sure what the actual turnaround time would be... Warranty form says 3 to 4 weeks which seems like an eternity at where we live since winters are brutal here...
Does anyone here any experience with this? Any insights would be appreciated!
