I live in a house with 2 floors plus a finished basement. There are 2 full baths on the top floor and the water heater in the basement. It seems like the hot water takes very long to even come on when starting a shower and doesn't last through a full shower. It's not like the showers are extremely long either. Just washing hair and soaping up then the water is gone and we have to rinse with Luke warm to cold water.
