I’m in my late 20’s and I have my master’s degree and zero debt. I come from a middle class family who’s always worked hard and not smart. They’re killing themselves saving for retirement and it saddens me to see so much of their identity wrapped up in hard meaningless work. I own a counseling center that has amazing potential but I have no guidance or mentors. I’ve achieved a lot on my own of what I’ve created. I’ve invested all I have into the counseling center and we’re profitable but not as much as I’d like. I feel I’m running around putting out fires all day and lack the clarity of being able to really take my business to the next level. I just started reading the 4 hour work week and rich sad poor dad because I have no idea where the fuck to start. There’s been a lot of duh moments which have made big changes to the amount of free time I am now afforded. Now that I have it and being that I’m a psychopath about efficiency I would love some tools, excel sheets, etc to be able to track profits and really analyze what is and isn’t working both professionally and personally. I’m not sure I’m even in the right reddit forum but if anyone could be so kind to point me the right way whether it’s book recommendations, simple formulas for personal savings/retirement, I’d appreciate suggestions on where to start.

Cheers
