I recently discovered the brand The Reformation and I love the styles of the dresses! But to say that it's massively out of my price range is an understatement; I start shuddering at $17 for a dress and I demand perfection at >$20 for a dress lol. Do y'all know anywhere I could find dresses in a similar style to The Reformation, but cheaper? The main thing I like about The Reformation is the feminine, flattering, understated, more traditional style.
Forever21 has some similar styles, but the quality of the material is often a lot worse. I don't what it's called, but I don't like that synthetic-type material. Unfortunately that's what most cheap clothes are made out of. I also don't like how low the necklines and short the skirts are at Forever21.
I've been regularly employed for over a year now (woo!), so I've been venturing out of the $5-10 range and into the $10-20 range for items of clothing. But I'm still a student, so I hesitate to normalize spending over $20 on an item of clothing to myself.
Any advice?
