I went to Gamestop tonight and traded in my original PS4 500GB for $140 store credit. Then I asked for the Spider-Man PS4 bundle and asked the manager if I could trade in the game for an additional $22 since I bought the digital copy. He said yes and I also qualified for a $25 promotion for trading in my PS4! So I got $187 in store credit and used that to pay for my new PS4 slim. $214 after tax - my $187 store credit = $27 out of pocket. Basically got a brand new PS4 with more storage and HDR capabilities for dirt cheap.
