I don't really have anyone that I can brag to about this without seeming like a complete blowhard, so I wanted to do it here while also expressing my gratitude to this subreddit 4 the advice and help that I have received over the past few years.
My FICO score is 821 as of today. I've bought two houses, one of which is almost fully paid off, and which I'm renting out (for more than my mortgage costs due to the excellent rate I got). The other is my current home (had it custom built just last year), which I am making 1.5x payments on, along with my dream car - Tesla Model X - which I'm also paying off at an accelerated rate. I have also kept a consistent 0 monthly balance, or very close to zero, on all 4 of my credit cards, which I do use, but which I pay off in full every month.
While having more money has been a big factor obviously, I could not have accomplished a great deal of what I did without the Fantastic advice and support of you lovely people. I just wanted to say thank you, and show you that you really make a difference in the lives of the people you help in this sub.
Any continuing or additional advice would of course be welcomed, but this post is mainly just to thank you. And to brag a little bit because honestly I am so goddamn proud.
