Under Armour has their Coldgear Reactor Exert fleece on sale for $113-$30 with code TAKE30=$83 shipped. It's along the lines of a Patagonia R1 hoody, with a grid fleece body, but the front also has a layer of breathable insulation. I bought it in April and use it all the time running in cold weather. Not something that would have jumped out at me from the UA catalog, but I read a review that liked it and took a flyer. A bonus is that something about the way it's cut makes my shoulders look a little broader :)
