I was blessed and given 3 turkeys which I cut up raw to freeze the meat in meal portions. But I have 3 raw carcasses in my fridge. I googled Stock recipes which all require me to buy things I don’t have like Bay Leaves and Thyme. I thought I’d ask if anyone has advice on making a tasty broth without going out and buying 10 things you don’t have. Or what are generally lower priced items to add. Thank You.
