I hope someone can help me. Last year my snowblower was surging pretty bad towards the end of the year and I never got around to fixing it. This year I started it up and couldn't get it to run off of full choke. I figured it was the carburetor so I ended up replacing it with a new one. I get the new one installed, drained the gas and put fresh gas in and now it runs off of choke, but it is surging like crazy now matter what the choke is set to.
