I recently joined a new startup company on August. Due to financial issues, the company has failed to pay my salary for 2 months now. So far I've managed to pull through thanks to my emergency fund. While I trust the people running the company, I have a family to feed, and my savings will be emptied soon, so I decided to start looking for another job.
Since this is the first time I'm leaving a company after working there for just 4 months (I usually stay for at least 2 years), I'm pretty sure the interviewer will want to know the reason of my leaving after such a short time. Should I just be honest and say that I'm looking for another job because I'm not being paid?
