Looking to buy a standing desk converter (the kind that sit on top of a standard desk) and am looking for advice. Budget is flexible. Just looking through Amazon I've been overwhelmed with choices but simultaneously curious about the lack of sizing variety. I like to have my shoulders and arms relaxed while at my computer and most of the keyboard/mouse trays seem to be really small (my current sitting mouse/keyboard [not monitor] area is about 33"x13"). Also a bit puzzled by the 'max load' of most of these is in the 35lb. area, which seems like if I accidentally lean against it or rest my elbow on it it will collapse. I'm at my computer a lot and would be new to standing desks so something simple to raise/lower would be ideal.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
