I placed an order on Nowlet yesterday for an alpha industries jacket, but I kept getting an error message. My credit card has a pending charge, and I reached out to Nowlet and they told me my order was not processed. Later today I get this e-mail, is this a scam?
"Hello NAME.
This email is in regards to your 3 orders. We review each transaction thoroughly before processing any orders. Your transactions show no credit card info so it raises a lot of flags. If you can send us a photo of your credit card, front and back, it would be very helpful. Please black out the 1st 4 digits, the 3rd 4 digits and the cvv code to protect yourself. If everything matches, we can process your orders. Unitil then, your orders will be placed on hold. Thank you.
