I'm trying to replace the jack on my headset, but can't quite figure out how to match everything up.The headset is a Kraken Pro and has a built in mic and I bought a TRRS jack this one off amazon, but all the diagrams I find aren't helping me.The cable has four wires, red, green, blue, and a thicker copper wire. The new jack has three small tabs and a larger one. Here are both https://ift.tt/2QRpEpQ think Red cable=Right audio and Green Cable=Left audio but I'm unsure if Red or Copper is microphone and I don't know which tabs correspond to which cables. Most of what I've researched has contradicted itself and I cant find a guide to repairing this specific part of this headset so any help would be appreciated.Edit: figured it out and screwed it up. Green=Tip Blue=Ground Red=Right and Copper=Microphone. After figuring this out I promptly got to soldering and melted a plastic part on the replacement jack, oops. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2BeQa7g
