So right now I’ve been working at a warehouse for 6 months. Making about 2,000 a month with 370 car payment 150 insurance 50 cell bill. Leaving me about $1,000 after gas and groceries.
My plan If i move out was to save up as much as I can and buy a small $50,000 house somewhere. Won’t be much but I’ll have a place to sleep without worrying about a mortgage for the next 30 years. I don’t plan to stop working anytime soon but the way I look at it is that I should be able to just stop working without worrying about paying off debt.
I just want something payed off so that I can spend the money I make traveling.
Also what would be other costs I should take into account? Insurance, electric, gas, taxes?
