Not to say that investing is a 'hobby' per-say, but as a young adult, I approach investing as an opportunity to learn more about finance, the economy, and industry themes or trends (e.g. tech trends). At times it is essentially like I am still in school...
I recently read an article in Bloomberg Markets on Ulf Lindahl (CEO of A.G. Bisset Associates LLC) and it stated in his spare time he collects Ethiopian stamps. This got me thinking, what sort of hobbies or mindless activities do you guys do, to get your mind off the markets / economy.
