A heads up for anyone out there who bit on the sale SNS was having on the Adidas NMD R2s for $41.99 from a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a pair at that time and got an order confirmation via email. A week later, I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email so I contacted customer service.

24 hours later they responded by saying that they were "currently experiencing a slight delay in the packing and shipping of orders due to an increased amount of orders because of the last sale. We are doing our very best to get all orders shipped as soon as possible, but deliveries may be delayed with a few days."

Fast forward an additional 4 days and I get another email, this time telling me "I'm sorry to say but we've got some bad news regarding your order. The product you ordered is out of stock and shouldn't have been available on our website. Your order is canceled and a refund/reversal has been made to your account."

I'm not sure how or why it took Sneakersnstuff two weeks to figure out they were out of stock on a product that they initially confirmed in an order. All I'm left with is an "I'm sorry". Pretty mediocre customer service IMO and now I'm left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Hoping this didn't happen to many more of you on this sub but figured I'd share.
