I am tying to install an ecobee3 lite thermostat, but I am not very handy. I understand that I either need to have a c-wire or install the “Power Extender Kit.” I am getting confused because there is a wire connected to “C” on the furnace wire board, but not on the thermostat. There is also a blue wire curled up behind the thermostat that seems to run to the furnace wire board, but it isn’t connected.What is the blue wire and do I already have a c-wire installed?
