I'm not exactly sure what the general opinion of welfare is in this sub, but I'm in a bit of a jam. I moved out a while ago and got a job, but I have literally $2. I'm surviving day to day on 1 pack of ramen and a free sandwich I get at work, on break. I can't afford gas to get to my job and my car is having issues. I do work 40 hours a week at $9 an hour, but does that prevent me from qualifying for welfare?
