Hey everybody, my husband and I have a combined income of 120k and hardly any debt. We are debating on buying a house. We will be in our current city for another 5 yrs at least because I just started a job where u get a pension after 5 yrs. We are looking to get a house 40 minutes outside the city with a acre of land for 180k with about 10% down.
Did u think we should buy now ? Rent for another 5 years? I think what’s leaning me toward yes is the fact that in a lot of cites you can’t get a house with land for that cheap. We will probably also start having kids in the next couple years
