So I bought a bodysuit at forever 21 for a Halloween costume and specially asked if I could return it because I knew there was a chance I wasn’t going to like it. The cashier said “yes, as long as you return it at a forever 21 not a forever 21 red.” Ok. Perfect. Go home try it on and I don’t like it because It was a size medium which is too big for me. So I tried to return w tags on and everything a week later at the same forever 21 and was told I can’t return it because it’s a bodysuit. I told the rude cashier that last week someone told me I could return it and she said “umm no it’s a bodysuit,,, um you know hygiene.” I wanted to ask why you allow people to return pants then hm. So I went online and the return policy says nothing about bodysuits. Decided to chat with a rep on the website and she said it could be this store has a specific return policy. I don’t know what to do. Should I try that same forever 21 and ask to speak to a manager since I was told by their employee that I can return it? Should I just try and go to every forever 21 in my area to return it? Lol. OR does anyone want to buy it? I’ll pay for the shipping as Long as you’re in the states. It’s $15 size medium. Brand new.
