I’m going on my first archaeological dig and plan to go on many more during the rest of my career. I need this stuff for Africa this December, but would love the equipment to last for years under heavy use and conditions. Don’t need something too heavily insulated, my specialty will keep me in climates no less than about 40 degrees (F), and ideally all of these will be able to be packed down very small. Since I’m still in school I have a pretty tight budget, so the cheaper the better. Thanks reddit!
