I’m so ashamed but I got pulled in by a mall kiosk person, they straightened my hair and it looked amazing. I bought the stupidly overpriced hair straightener. It does an ok job but snags my hair more than my 15 year old one. The receipt says no refunds and also says exchanges up to 14 days. It’s been 24 days and I’m kicking myself more and more each day. I’m sure when I bring it back I’ll get stonewalled. Help! How do I return this thing or do I just suck it up and never make this mistake again.
Edit: I’m pretty sure the one they use and the one they sell look the same but are NOT the same.
