It’s Thanksgiving this weekend in Canada and I did mine early (tonight) since I have a few others to attend over the weekend. As I’m looking at all this food I am wondering why I don’t make this more often. I got a 14 lb Turkey for $10. Added some potatoes, Brussels and odds and ends for a full dinner for about $15. This will last us 2 nights plus 3 days lunch and possibly a Turkey Noodle soup.
