So me and my partner just moved into a new flat, and we were looking at the prices for wardrobes and basically shit ourselves at how expensive everything is. Our bedroom is quite big, and because of this we don't really know how to utilize the space in a smart way. Then, while shopping online I saw the price of a garden shed and for one approximately the size of a huge walk in wardrobe, the price is astronomically less.So I got to thinking, why not get one in our bedroom? The idea would be to use it as a room divider and have it in the centre of the room, Walling off one space for a dressing area. I was thinking of installing some simple hanging racks and shelving inside. We were also thinking of wall mounting a TV on the side of it facing the bed, and we could maybe do some decorations on the side facing the door to give it a homier look. However when I looked to see if I could find pictures of other people doing something similar, I can't find anything, which is giving me doubts about the idea.Because of this I'm worried there is something I'm not thinking about that would make this idea impossible. The shed I'm looking at would be one like this:https://ift.tt/2AvwN9I anyone see any problems with my idea? Would a TV mounted on the side make the structure unstable? The back would be towards the bedroom door, so the TV would be mounted on the side with the front facing the other wall.Any help would be greatly appreciated. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2z7dtOf
