Hey guys how's your 3 day weekend going? Over this weekend I stumbled across an abandoned building right across from a big, long standing high school. My first thoughts were to open up some type of cafe oriented towards the students, maybe a few TVs, game consoles and a pool table and the such. Nothing big time, just a small place that's diner/bar esq.
Any tips or things to look out for?
