question about dilution ... what i read online seems to say dilution is when a company makes more shares and sells it, thus reducing everyones share value
can a company do this whenever it wants, as much as it wants, without telling anyone, thus scamming everyone and getting free money?
i just lost a bunch of money in pennystocks. im thinking something like this probably happened
