I shopped for days to find a decent deal on a flight to Singapore from Vancouver. Got (what I thought was) a great round trip deal for $515 USD. Booked it.
And was then issued a ticket for the wrong date. BudgetAir is refusing a refund and blaming the airline even though the airline has said I’m owed a refund.
That’s 500 bucks down the drain. And now I need to find another ticket.
So yeah, don’t use BudgetAir, I wish I’d checked reviews before purchasing. There are thousands of folks who’ve been screwed over by them.
