I'm reaching out because I'm really struggling to figure out the right words to use in a search query. We have plywood mounted to a wall with networking equipment. I've been asked to put up a barrier 8 inches out extending that point by 8 inches that is removable when necessary.I was thinking about just putting another piece of plywood up 8 inches out, but I can't figure out what I can use to support some plywood out that distance and it's driving me crazy because it seems like it should be fairly simple.Any help to my sanity would be appreciated.I've considered...Some sort of bracket at the base and top with some sort of U that could allow me to slide a sheet of plywood or plexiglass in and out as necessary.8 inches of wood on the sides that I could mount a hinge to for plywood doors.4 metal screw / rods with 4 holes in the corners of the plywood to hold it up.I have a major mindblock and I'm a bit out of my element here. I made a picture in case that could help someone help me.https://imgur.com/a/0E9PtDl via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2EdjO0c
