I parked for 9 hours and 57 minutes as evidenced by a receipt I received with the transaction. Their pricing structure is under 10 hours, $17, over 10 hours, $38.
I was charged $38.
When I asked them about it, they said "oh yeah, we round up", and said I could talk to the manager on Monday; I won't be here Monday, I live 5 hours away and I'm here for the weekend.
Shall I do a credit chargeback and provide the receipt and picture of their pricing sign to my credit card company?
I know $21 isn't a big deal, but they're stealing it from me and I'm not okay with that.
