My roommate and I shared an apartment with 2 bedrooms, one for me and one for him. He took in his friend to live here with us, my conditions being that he had to share the room with him and all expenses were payed by my roommate, and I would have no part in it.
My roommate got fired from his job, and is now leaving the state, thus leaving me with his friend to take care of, with the apartment to be payed by only myself. Fun.
To make up for this I want two people to move in to help pay for rent. They would not want to share a room with an unemployed stranger to them, so they would get that room for themselves, leaving me with my old roommates friend in my room.
What the fuck do I do. My roommate is ditching the state and leaving me with this dude? I’m a little shocked he would even have the audacity to do such a thing, I didn’t think about what I’d do
