This is probably something that many people don't think of when they travel to another country and I haven't found any really useful information about this.
I am an American and my grandma and grandpa(who live in Russia) are going to be arriving to the U.S. in mid November and are only going to leave by the beginning of March. I know of the horror stories of tourists travelling to America then getting sick and having to stay at the hospital for 1 day only to get a $20k bill. I want to avoid that but I don't know how. Is there some kind of insurance I can buy that will help in case of emergencies? If not what can I do in case they get sick.
