Hey everyone,I recently posted a question about how to handle some awkward trim transitions and got some great responses and it worked out great.Well I have my last piece of baseboard to put in and it’s again an awkward transition.In the photo I have the new baseboard that will be leading into my kitchen entrance where I am not replacing the existing baseboard.Where they meet there is a reducing saddle that transitions the kitchen tile to the hallway wood, the previous trim was all 3” and then just cut some angles to handle the reduced height of the hallway.
