I remember a quote from several/many years back where Buffett explained that though the market value of his ~.5% deep put position decayed, that he essentially already mentally wrote this off as a loss as he planned to hold it regardless.
Realize this is a long shot, but I would love the quote for a discussion going on at work. Not having any success finding it.
