Hi guys, long time lurker here. I've never really used what I've seen here yet but some day I hope to. My lunch and dinner consist of 4 El Monterey borritos total or mooching off my parents dinner($4 for 12pack) and a gallon of water ($.89). Being in debt for car repairs has tough me how to survive with just about $100 as entertainment money for a month. I just noticed though that my breakfast seems like my most expensive meal. I usually eat Honey Nut Cheerios with milk. Assuming it takes me about 6 or 8 days to finish the box of cereal and I would have about half the milk left I can figure out the math.

Unformatted math

3.50/6= 0.583 per day or 3.50/8=$0.437 per day. With the milk I like to be thorough but I have to guess the price for it, so I'll say 2.50 for a gallon. 2.50/6=0.416 per day and if I use it more than that it would be less than half so I'll leave that math out. So for one gallon of milk my price for 12-16 days of breakfast is $9.50

Looking at it through math I realize that it's actually really cheap. Still open to suggestions
