In light of all the antiques lately, I thought I would post something available and that seems BIFL.
This is my third Leatherman. Two others have been unfortunately lost by no fault of their own.
The latest version includes a revision that fixed one of the main complaints. They now use replaacable wire cutters on the pliers. Being serviceable is an important factor. It's available with a ballistic nylon sheath or leather. It comes with an optional pocket clip which I don't have installed. It includes the bits shown, but additonal bit sets are available.
I farm, so I carry it daily in the sheath when doing farm work. I find it very useful with a multitude of tools that can get you out of a pinch or handle small tasks. One feature I like is all the blades and tools lock open so you don't have it folding up on you. The interchangable bits are also very handy and that slips into the sheath too.
Below is all copy/paste info about the tool. (Sorry can't figure out list on mobile)
