My bank is with Ally and I keep no cash on me. I have funds in my bank account and a credit card and need a cashier's check or money order to put down a deposit on an apartment, but am not sure how to do this on short notice. I read some places you can use your credit card for a money order but they consider it a cash advance so it is subject to high fees. Anybody been in the same situation and have any ideas?
